Take the Next Step

Congratulations on taking the next step towards your diploma! Once we receive your application, we can start supporting you to achieve an important educational and life goal – your high school diploma. All services offered by the Directions to Diploma are free and we are available to meet wherever is convenient for you.

We serve out-of-school or disengaged youth ages 15-21 in Douglas and Sarpy Counties. Students must meet the following criteria:

  1. Live in Douglas or Sarpy County

  2. Age 15-21 (completed at least 9th grade)

  3. Able to earn a high school diploma by age 21

  4. Voluntary – student choice to participate

  5. Out-of-school, disengaging from school, or attending an alternative education program

Not Ready to Enroll?

If you are not sure that you are ready to enroll with Directions to Diploma, there are two steps you can take to get you closer to graduation:

Application Form

Your responses are confidential and will be used to best serve your personal needs. Reminder: Please bring a signed Release of Information form to your first appointment. Directions to Diploma will provide this form for you to complete.
